Natty: Beautiful Boxer Girl

Natty is a 2 yr old female Boxer who is currently in a home with two small dogs. She needs to be an only pet---she knows she's a beautiful girl and she doesn't want to share attention with anyone but YOU. This is a "people dog" --- not fond of other animals. Natty was left to fend for herself after her owner's divorce. Eight months ago, kind neighbors took her in because she was wandering the streets, constantly heading into traffic. The neighbors put her up for adoption but soon fell in love with her (it's so easy to fall in love with Boxers!). But lately Natty has decided the other dogs in the house (two males) are too much...and so she needs a "dog-free" home. If you've ever owned a Boxer, you know they think of themselves as people, not as dogs, and Natty is no different. She needs a good human "pack leader." Natty loves long walks, chasing squirrels, and is a champion trail hiker. In cool weather, she heads to Oak Mountain and hikes for as long as she can; she can easily hike 3-4 miles. She is also a great "couch potato"--she loves to wallow on the sofa with people and enjoys playing tug-the-towel after a bath. She is fully vetted: spayed, up-to-date on shots, dewormed, heartworm free, and microchipped. Natty is located in Alabaster, AL.
